Western Region Forest Soils Field Day

Western Region Forest Soils Field Day- POSTPONED
NEW DATE: Saturday, October 22nd, 2022 at 10am-3pm
North Brookfield, Queens County

Bring your own lunch.

This event is a follow up to the Healthy Soils - Healthy Woodlands webinar as part of the MTRI's "Sit Back Seminar" Series.  Join soil experts from across the province and be prepared to get your hands dirty as we explore what makes a healthy forest soil, how soil types differ in different forest stand types, how they may impact carbon storage, climate change resilience and stream water quality, and how to manage for healthy soils.

Presented by Family Forest Network in partnership with Community Forests International and Ulnooweg Development Group as part of the Common Ground Project.
